1. About CompHunter
CompHunter is an independent listings aggregator for prize competitions run by third-party operators (“vendors”). We do notrun, operate, promote or endorse any of the competitions listed, and we never take entries or payment on their behalf. Every entry is made directly on the vendor's own website, under that vendor's own terms and conditions. By using CompHunter you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & responsible play
CompHunter is intended for users aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom. Prize competitions can be a form of gambling — please play responsibly. Support is available at BeGambleAware.org. Most listed promotions offer a free postal entry route; check the promoter's terms.
3. Accuracy of listings
Prizes, ticket prices, odds, sold counts and closing times are synced from vendors and shown for information only. They may be delayed, change at the source, or contain errors. Always confirm the details on the vendor's website before entering. We accept no liability for any listing inaccuracy or for any competition.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Favourites and optional “1 hour left” reminders are conveniences provided as-is. Reminder emails and push notifications are strictly opt-in and can be turned off at any time from your account page. You may delete your account and associated data at any time.
5. Vendors & subscriptions
Competition site owners may list competitions under a free or paid subscription and may purchase Spotlight tokens for additional promotion. Paid plans are billed via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can downgrade or cancel from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the competitions they list.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, copy, resell or misuse the service, to interfere with its operation, or to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that breach these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
CompHunter is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, from any third-party competition, or from reliance on any listing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes & contact
